For more than 100 years, the balconies of Casa Condeminas have been an exclusive vantage point over the sea in Barcelona. And they still are. This modernist building enjoys the proximity of the sea and Las Ramblas, one of the main arteries of the city, with the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
